Business Information Support

To support our ERP implementation “Nucleus”, we are looking in our Nucleus team for a: Business Information Support.

You are someone who finds it challenging to map the current (sales) processes and "translate" them into a new ERP system. In other words, we are looking for a new ERP member who has affinity and or experience in the field of sales. You will help, provide support and possibly provide training to guide the permanent employees of this organization in the field of this new ERP system (Dynamics 365).

They have started a journey to implement this new ERP system throughout the organization. This project has the goal and ambition to apply digital capabilities to the (existing) processes, products and assets to improve performance, user experience, efficiency and customer value. This transformation has an international scope and prepares this organization for the future. As part of the committed and driven project team, your role is to support the delivery and implementation of capacity in Dynamics 365, for a defined functional area.

The organization:
You will work for an international operating company, with its own production and sales locations in various countries. Where the distribution of products takes place for installations in the field of plumbing, heating, electrical engineering and climate control. Working at this company means working in a dynamic, international environment with many different disciplines.

What are your activities?

• You will support processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, in cooperation with the core team member & business process coordinator.
• Support testing the system en setting up of the system.
• Participation in workshops and sprints.
• The facilitation, preparation and quality monitoring of product backlogs.
• Support the implementation and training towards the key users / business process coordinators.
• Support the handover of the process and system to application management and the local organisation.

What and how will you learn?

• You will understand the business processes and way of working of production, through learning from our key-users and experts.
• You will develop in how to use the functionality of Dynamics 365 in relation to functional area, but also including relevant integration with other functional area's , through a common system introduction.

We are recruiting somebody who finished a bachelor degree in engineering or a smilar direction and who has working experience in a manufacturing industry. You are used to work in projectmanagement teams and as a person you see yourself as a proactive teamplayer who is solution oriented. It is also important that you have a professional knowledge of the English language.
